Beginner Classes
Located in Peebles, Scotland (UK), the Cocoa Black Chocolate & Pastry School offers a number of beginner chocolate making classes and pastry chef courses. Beginner chocolate and pastry chef courses are short (normally 3-4 hours) and require little or no previous experience.

Class sizes vary (8-14 attendees) allowing for a greater level of personal tuition.
