Product Description
This chocolate class provides an overview of chocolate production, guidance on tasting and a practical exercise in making three different types of chocolates (chocolate truffles, pralines and a dipped ganache.) Participants take home 30-40 chocolates. No experience necessary. Duration: 3 hours.

Important notes: (1) Please note that Cocoa Black is a nut and flour handling facility. (2) Should you wish to change your class date, we require a minimum of 21 days notice. A 50% administration fee will apply for any changes made within this 21 day period.
