This beginner pastry chef class teaches the essential skills required to create the types of patisserie normally found in a French cafe. Let our pastry chef inspire you as you as you learn how to make a raspberry chocolate slice, an individual caramel mousse and a moist almond & chocolate sponge. The class teaches how to make the perfect pastry base and also covers chocolate garnishing skills. You will also explore any recipe changes required to accommodate dietary needs such as gluten free. Take away what you make to enjoy at home. No experience necessary. Duration: 3 hours
