Create your own French Style Gateau Class

Product Description

Unlock the secrets of the French style gateau as you prepare, assemble, glaze and garnish an indulgent chocolate mousse cake.  This beginner pastry chef course teaches a combination of traditional and modern techniques which you will put into practice as you prepare each component of your gateau.  The course also teaches professional glazing and includes instruction in the creation of chocolate garnishes.  A basic knowledge of baking is required.  Duration: 3 hours.
