    The Pastry Masterchef course is suitable for chefs, caterers, home cooks and anyone wishing to develop professional pastry making skills.  A two day course which provides a comprehensive overview of the essential skills required to create beautiful gateau, gourmet tarts, petit fours and advanced patisserie.  Participants on the Pastry Masterchef courses are limited (3-6 attendees) allowing for a greater level of personal tuition.

Professional Courses
