A petit four is a small confection generally enjoyed at the end of a meal (with dessert or coffee.) During this beginner pastry chef course you will learn the elements of petit fours (ganache, meringue, butter cream, citrus zest) and explore how they can be brought together to create miniature works of art. Let our professional pastry chef guide you in making macaroons, mini raspberry and savin tarts, chocolate cups and Macadamia nut tarts. Learn how to individually decorate and finish each of your creations. A basic knowledge of baking is required. Duration: 3 hours.
