During this beginner level pastry chef course you will practice a number of essential skills as you create a baked cheesecake, a raspberry & vanilla tart, an indulgent chocolate tart and custard. This pastry chef course combines traditional French techniques and recent innovations in glazing and garnishing. A basic knowledge of baking is required. Duration: 3 hours.
