The Pastry Masterchef course is suitable for chefs, professional caters, serious home cooks and anyone wishing to learn professional pastry making skills. The course provides a comprehensive overview of the essential skills required to make beautiful cakes, desserts and patisserie. Participants on the Pastry Masterchef courses are limited (normally 3-6 attendees) allowing for a greater level of personal tuition.
Pastry class gift cards are valid for 12 months. Instructions on how to book the class are provided with the gift card.
