Ruth appointed brand ambassador to global chocolate manufacturer Cacao Barry
In 2014, Ruth accepted an invitation to become a brand ambassador for the luxury chocolate manufacturer Cacao Barry.
Founded in France in 1842, Cacao Barry manufactures the single origin and plantation chocolate used by thousands of chocolatiers and pastry chefs, in hotels and restaurants around the world.
The Ambassadors’ Club has a global membership of around 100 pastry chefs and chocolatiers, and they’re the first port of call for the industry when looking for advice on emerging trends, innovations and products.
It’s pretty cool being an ambassador. I get to hang out in Barcelona and taste chocolate all day. What’s not to like?
