Officially opened by HRH The Earl of Wessex, The Chocolate & Pastry School in Peebles, near Edinburgh, teaches the essential skills required to make beautiful French patisserie, chocolate truffles, afternoon teacakes and other delicious treats.
Environmental Health has confirmed that the chocolate school is classified as education and training, and can continue to operate under existing government regulations. Class sizes have been reduced to meet social distancing rules and the school is sanitised before and after each class. Attendees are required to bring a face covering.
