Learn how to create beautiful entremet and petit gateaux?
Developed by UK World Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks, this two day pastry masterclass teaches the practical skills required to prepare and decorate a selection of entremet and petit gateaux. Participants receive a signed certificate.

What pastry skills will I learn?
Working in pairs and individually under close supervision from Ruth, you’ll be introduced to a number of modern entremet and petit gateaux recipes and will receive instruction in the professional techniques needed to execute them effectively. Recipes include:
• Raspberry, lychee and rose
• Spiced tropical mousse cake
• Pear, hazelnut and ginger tart
