Who’s the Frank Haasnoot Masterclass suitable for?
The Frank Haasnoot Pastry Masterclass is an intensive and challenging three-day masterclass designed for pastry chefs, chocolatiers and students. Participants typically have an intermediate to advanced skill level in pastry and a desire to develop their professional network and product repertoire.
About Frank Haasnoot
Born in the Netherlands, Frank’s career in pastry has spanned over 20 years and has taken him around the world. In 2011, he won the World Chocolate Masters in Paris, the world’s leading competition for pastry chefs.
Do I need to bring anything?
On arriving at The Chocolate & Pastry School, you’ll be supplied with all the equipment and ingredients needed for your course. Participants are required to bring their own chefs’ jacket.
