Learn how to prepare moulded and filled chocolate bars at The Chocolate & Pastry School in the centre of Peebles, near Edinburgh. Developed by Ruth Hinks, Make Your Own Chocolate Bars teaches how to temper chocolate, prepare moulded and hand dipped chocolate bars, how to add flavours and package chocolate bars. At the end of your class, you take away your recipes and 30-35 chocolate bars.
