Learn the skills required to create beautiful French style patisserie.
Make Your Own French Patisserie Class teaches how to prepare mousses, butter cream, ganache, biscuit bases and layered patisserie. This class also explores glazing, decorating and finishing techniques. During your class, you’ll work in pairs and individually under the close supervision of a professional pastry chef. At the end of your class, you take home 15-20 beautifully finished patisseries.
What will I make?
• White chocolate mousse with a rhubarb and strawberry insert
• Classic gateaux opera (a chocolate and coffee layered cake)
• Chocolate financiers with banana jam and whipped chocolate ganache
