Developed by Ruth Hinks, Make Your Own Petit Fours Class teaches how to prepare pastry, marshmallow, almond sponge and macarons. You’ll also explore how to decorate petit fours. At the end of your class, you take away your recipes and 20-30 petit fours to enjoy at home.
