Learn the secrets behind creating beautiful Vegan Chocolates.
Developed by UK World Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks, this new class will teach you how to use vegan ingredients to prepare three types of chocolates.
During your class, you’ll work in pairs and individually under the close supervision of a professional chocolatier. At the end of your class, you take home your recipes and 30-40 chocolates.
