During this three-day masterclass, you’ll learn a range of exciting new vegan recipes as you create brioche, croissants, tarts, plated desserts, and sweet treats.
Who’s the Petra Stahlova Vegan Masterclass suitable for?
The Petra Stahlova Vegan Masterclass is designed for pastry chefs, students and foodies. Participants typically have working knowledge of pastry and a desire to develop their vegan product repertoire.
“When I decided to remove all animal products from my diet, I was faced with the decision to as to whether to continue with pastry. After all, classic desserts are based on a large amount of butter, cream, and eggs. Despite many warnings I decided to take a risk, and plunge into several months of research. The goal was clear, to create recipes that no one could tell were 100% plant based.”
Do I need to bring anything?
On arriving at The Chocolate & Pastry School, you’ll be supplied with all the equipment and ingredients needed for your course. Participants are required to bring their own chefs’ jacket.
