Can you give 10 stars? If I would I could! These delicious discs give you everything needed to support a balanced diet: (1) cocoa which can help reduce blood pressure (2) milk as a source of calcium to help prevent osteoporosis in later years (3) fruit – as we know is crucial as one of your 5 a day, and let’s face it – you’ll find more than one piece of fruit in each delicious mouthful – so bingo and (4) nuts which can lower the rate of heart disease and improve brain power.
