What’s in the box

Complements to the dark.
Each flavour in this collection has been chosen for what happens when it meets the dark.
Morello cherry cuts through with sharp fruit. Apricot and tonka bean bring acidity, warmth and fragrance. Coffee, gingerbread and whisky bring out its roasted, aromatic side, while caramel and muscovado sugar meet its intensity with something sweeter. The single-origin Saint Dominican Truffle strips everything back to the character of the chocolate itself.
