From Brazil Nut Praline and Cashew Praline Caramel to Hazelnut Truffle, Muscat Wine Ganache, Passionfruit Caramel, Rhubarb Crumble Ganache and Mango Gin, alongside a Ghana Truffle. At the heart of the collection is 38% single-origin Côte d’Ivoire milk chocolate, with a caramel character that complements flavours ranging from roasted nuts to fruit, wine and spice.

Freshly made in Peebles, Scotland, in small batches. Best enjoyed within four weeks.

Milk chocolate is familiar. That doesn’t mean it has to be predictable. At the heart of the collection is 38% single-origin Côte d’Ivoire milk chocolate, paired with flavours that take it somewhere less expected.

Brazil nut, cashew caramel and hazelnut sit alongside Muscat wine, passionfruit, rhubarb crumble and mango gin, with a Ghana chocolate truffle adding another expression of milk chocolate.

Some pairings build on milk chocolate’s natural caramel and roasted notes. Others use fruit, acidity or alcohol to pull against its sweetness. The collection runs from nutty and caramelised to sharp, fruity and aromatic, while keeping milk chocolate at the centre of the collection.
