Learn how to make your own handmade chocolate truffles at The Chocolate & Pastry School in Peebles, near Edinburgh. Developed by UK World Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks, Make Your Own Chocolate Truffles is a popular introductory class for those with little or no experience of working with chocolate. Participants take home 30-40 beautifully presented chocolate truffles.
