Learn the skills required to create indulgent winter patisserie.
Make Your Own Winter Patisserie Class teaches how to prepare mousses, sponge, ganache, jelly, crumble and layered patisserie. This class also explores glazing, decorating and finishing techniques. During your class, you’ll work in pairs and individually under the close supervision of a professional pastry chef. At the end of your class, you take home 15-20 beautifully finished patisseries.
