The first spoonful is bright with mango and passionfruit: sweet, sharp and intensely fruity. Then comes the cheesecake, lightened with yoghurt, followed by soft vanilla cream and a crisp, nutty base underneath. The passionfruit keeps cutting through the sweetness. Stopping halfway seems unnecessarily sensible.
