I had the privilege of doing a French patisserie course today. Ruth and her team were amazing, and full of hints and tips. We came home with three boxes full of cakes! We’re already looking into our next course!
Mum and I are just back from our first class and I have to say it has been the best experience. The staff are outstanding and so talented in their fields. Nothing is any problem. I have had so much fun and cannot recommend it enough.
A must for anyone serious about working with chocolate.
