Make Your Own Afternoon Teacakes Class teaches how to prepare choux pastry, pastry, sponge, biscuit, whipped ganache and custard creams. At the end of your class, you take away your recipes and 20-30 afternoon teacakes to enjoy at home.

You’ll learn the very latest techniques for working with chocolate and pastry, and take home all your delicious confections. From our chocolate classes, you can expect to leave with 50 – 60 beautifully packaged chocolates. From our patisserie classes, you’ll take home 20 – 25 individual patisserie, beautifully boxed and ready to amaze your friends and family. You’ll also be provided with a course recipe book, so you can practise what you’ve learnt at home.
