Learn the secrets behind creating beautiful chocolate caramels.
This class will teach you how to prepare three types of chocolate caramels. During your class, you’ll work in pairs and individually under the close supervision of a professional chocolatier. At the end of your class, you take home your recipes and 40-50 chocolate caramels.
