Stock up your larder for Christmas at The Chocolate & Pastry School near Edinburgh. Developed by UK World Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks, this three hour pastry class provides instruction on the preparation of a range of seasonal Christmas patisseries.

What Will I Take Home?

Chocolate School

You’ll learn the very latest techniques for working with chocolate and pastry, and take home all your delicious confections. From our chocolate classes, you can expect to leave with 50 – 60 beautifully packaged chocolates. From our patisserie classes, you’ll take home 20 – 25 individual patisserie, beautifully boxed and ready to amaze your friends and family. You’ll also be provided with a course recipe book, so you can practise what you’ve learnt at home.
