Learn how to make a range of delicious modern tarts.
Make Your Own Contemporary Tarts and Pastry Class teaches how to prepare a selection of Ruth’s favourite tart recipes. During the class, you’ll work individually and in pairs under the close supervision of a professional pastry chef. At the end of your class, you’ll take away your recipes and delicious tarts to enjoy at home.

What Will I Take Home?

Chocolate School

You’ll learn the very latest techniques for working with chocolate and pastry, and take home all your delicious confections. From our chocolate classes, you can expect to leave with 50 – 60 beautifully packaged chocolates. From our patisserie classes, you’ll take home 20 – 25 individual patisserie, beautifully boxed and ready to amaze your friends and family. You’ll also be provided with a course recipe book, so you can practise what you’ve learnt at home.
