Truffles Pralines Ganache Class

An informative chocolate making experience for beginners.
Developed by UK World Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks, Make Your Own Chocolate Truffles, Pralines and Ganache Class teaches how to temper and decorate a range of chocolate types. At the end of your class, you take home your recipes and 60-80 beautifully presented chocolates.

What Will I Take Home?

Chocolate School

You’ll learn the very latest techniques for working with chocolate and pastry, and take home all your delicious confections. From our chocolate classes, you can expect to leave with 50 – 60 beautifully packaged chocolates. From our patisserie classes, you’ll take home 20 – 25 individual patisserie, beautifully boxed and ready to amaze your friends and family. You’ll also be provided with a course recipe book, so you can practise what you’ve learnt at home.
