This is a striking bar by any measure. Firstly, it has the appearance of polished coloured marble in a very cool design. One of the biggest challenges is overcoming your reluctance to bite into something which looks so beautiful. However, should you manage to cross the hurdle, you will be rewarded with the most exquisite taste of caramel ganache. It is also a fairly big bar, perfect for sharing or enjoying over a few sittings.
