Sixteen hand-rolled chocolate truffles across eight flavours. From single-origin Ghana and Saint Dominican chocolate to Hazelnut, Coffee, Spiced, Pistachio & Raspberry, Caramelised, and Whisky & Orange, each truffle begins with a ganache made specifically for its flavour, before being individually hand-rolled, hand-dipped in tempered couverture and finished by hand.
Freshly made in Peebles, Scotland, in small batches. Best enjoyed within four weeks.

No two hand-rolled truffles are ever quite identical. That is precisely the point. Each starts with a ganache made specifically for its flavour, then is individually hand-rolled, hand-dipped in tempered couverture and finished by hand.
Eight flavours move from single-origin dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut to coffee, spice, pistachio and raspberry, caramelised white chocolate, and whisky and orange.
Different ganaches and different finishes, from hand-brushed shimmer to cocoa dusting, alongside the slight variations that come from making each one by hand.

Cocoa solids (cocoa butter, cocoa mass), sugar, whole milk powder, cream (milk), natural vanilla, glucose, coffee, orange oil, whisky, hazelnuts, pistachio nuts, almonds, sunflower oil, raspberry puree, invert sugar, soy cream, mixed spice, citric acid, star anise, soy lecithin, pectin, salt, sorbitol. Colouring: *E102, *E110, *E129, E132, E133, E143, E171, E172, E174, E175. *May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain traces of other nuts, peanuts, eggs and gluten. Dark chocolate: cocoa solids 70% minimum; milk chocolate: cocoa solids 40% minimum, milk solids 14% minimum.

I opened the stylish box and was overwhelmed by the range of stunning, handmade spherical truffles. A firm outer shell of white, milk or dark chocolate protects a range of delicious, rich, smooth and creamy ganache centres that melt slowly on your tongue, each revealing an intensity of amazing flavours. These truffles are definitely a high quality indulgent experience, which will be repeated.
